Workspace settings
Set a workspace's name, logo, and the calendar its reports are bucketed by.
Each workspace has its own settings, separate from the organization and from your other workspaces. Open them from the workspace's Settings → General.
workspace-generalRename a workspace and set its logo
- Update the workspace name.
- Upload a logo to brand the workspace.
- Save your changes.
The workspace's URL-friendly identifier is set when the workspace is created and stays fixed, so links to it keep working.
Set the workspace calendar
The Calendar card decides where a week and a month begin for this workspace:
- Timezone — the zone your days start and end in. A signup at 11:30pm on 31 March belongs to March for a workspace in New York and to April for one in UTC; this is what tells us which.
- Week starts on — the day your weeks begin. Pick the one your own reporting uses.
Together these cut the buckets on every cohort view, so those tables line up with the weekly and monthly numbers you already report. Changing either re-cuts the rows the next time a cohort view loads; no data moves, only where the boundaries fall.
Both save themselves as soon as you pick a value.
The workspace's other settings live alongside General: its team, its developer access, and the properties of the profiles it tracks.
